The Martians were in open order, hence should have received half the casualties (4 hits, not 8) - wouldn't change the result, and at least it gave Andy a happy.<br /><br />It has also started a dialogue amongst us SC referees locally about how to manage volley fire from bolt-action weapons. Was told a tale about a player who charged 3 Boer Commandos without bothering to "check" them first. Fellow took 120 d6's in reply.
